Matt Duncan, President

I am a 1999 graduate of Maria Carillo, a 3rd generation plumber with our first license issued to my grandfather in 1967. This was followed by my Father, Uncle, and finally myself. I spent 13 years in the plumbing department at Windsor Home Depot while holding a c36 active license.

At age 4, I was riding with my father and grandfather to job sites in hopes of learning their trade skills. I have worked legally in the plumbing industry since the age of 18 to 41. I am now the owner of 707 Plumbers Inc, where I focus on managing my team of workers, and always trying to involve myself in community efforts by giving back in any way possible. I look forward to meeting you in the near future.

Ryan Wood, General Manager

My name is Ryan Wood and I’m the 707 Plumbers General Manager. I have over 25 years of experience in the trades including being a General Construction Project Manager, overseeing the completion of dozens of homes rebuilt after the Tubbs fire and have a C-10 CA state license as an Electrical Contractor. My long-standing friendship and shared morale with Matt Duncan involving family, community giveback and providing quality services at a fair value was the driving force in joining the 707 team. I enjoy being physically active, playing music, taking long walks on the beach and getting caught in the rain.

Jamie Koop, Office Manager

Hello. My name is Jamie Koop and I have been a resident of Sonoma County for 30 years. I love living here, and although we are not small in numbers, I just love the small town feeling I get living here. I am deeply rooted in the community and my husband Dustin and I have chosen to raise our family here. In my free time you can find me watching my children playing sports or catch me on the softball field. After spending over a decade working in the banking industry, I bring my my customer services skills and attention to detail to 707 Plumbers where I happily manage the office and daily operations. So if you ever call the office or send us an email, 9 times out of 10, you are talking to me. Nice to meet you all, and I look forward to working with you in the future. Justin Thomas, Service Manager

Hello, my name is Justin Thomas. I am one of the amazing plumbers here at 707 plumbers. I enjoy dealing with customers and customer service everyday. I enjoy meeting amazing people in our community and solving plumbing issues. I am a 3rd generation plumber and have been plumbing in our community for over 20 years. In my off time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My wife and I spend a lot of time at the baseball fields watching our son play. I also enjoy camping, fishing, and dirt bike riding. Since I have been with 707 plumbers, it has been an amazing journey meeting new people, creating friendships, and helping others. I am very proud being a plumber in Sonoma County and look forward to working with you.

Josie Baker, Dispatch Manager

My name is Josie Baker and I am the dispatch Manager for 707 Plumbers. I have 7 years in the back office and management side of the trades industry ranging from electrical to HVAC and now Plumbing. I have over 20 years of customer service and management experience which helps me in providing excellent service to our customers and technicians. I am raising 2 teenage boys and was born and raised in Sonoma County. In my free time, I love camping, hiking, and spending quality time with my kids and family. As a new member of the 707 family, I am excited to grow and learn along with our wonderful community of plumbers and customers and I look forward to helping all my new friends!

Travis Herrick, Lead Installer

Hello my name is Travis and I was born and raised here in Sonoma County. I have been a plumber for nearly 14 years now and have a large amount of knowledge and experience in this field. One of my favorite parts about being a plumber is working in new construction and remodel jobs, seeing the plumbing develop from start to finish gives me a huge sense of accomplishment. I love working for 707 Plumbers, it allows me to meet new amazing people and give back to my community here in Sonoma County. Some hobbies I enjoy in my spare time are spending time with friends, dirt biking, and going to baseball games. I look forward to working with you in the future.

George Meza, Service Technician

Hello, my name is George. I was born and raised here in Sonoma County. I have been a plumber for 2 years now. I joined the group with little to no experience in plumbing. Matt, Justin, Travis, and Jaime have worked with me and have given me all the knowledge and experience I need to be a great plumber. My favorite things about being a plumber are the new challenges and different scenarios offices there are in plumbing. Working with 707 plumbers has allowed me to meet a bunch of amazing people and also help the community as much as possible. Some hobbies I enjoy in my spare time are riding dirt bikes, riding my Harley’s, and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to working with you all. Thank you!

I am Winter, with 8 years of plumbing experience. I specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, focusing on delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. I’m known for my dedication, reliability, and professionalism. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my Dog Delihla and cross-country BMX riding.

Anthony Martinez. Service Technician

My name is Anthony, born and raised in San Jose. I enjoy helping our customers and making their lives a little easier with any plumbing needs they need. I have 10 years of residential and commercial plumbing experience. I moved to Sonoma County about 6 months ago and joined the 707 Plumbers team and am enjoying every minute of it. The team is really knowledgeable and welcoming, and it made it an easy transition from the South Bay to the North Bay.

Andy Gabbard, Electrical Installer

Garrett Mohr, Plumbing Apprentice

Hey my name is Garrett, I’m an apprentice here at 707 Plumbers and I look forward to learning the trade and becoming the best plumber I can be. I was born and raised in Sonoma County, and what I love most about living here is that my whole family still lives in this area. Family is everything to me! I look forward to meeting you!
